Hon. Emely Gom-os, the President of SSC Alumni Association, Inc. made her announcements and explained the Rationale of the activity.

The Siquijor State College Alumni Association Inc. took the lead in the centennial celebration of the institution. It was initially scheduled to run between May 5 to May 7, 2020, but was not materialized because of the restriction brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. The spirit of the institution’s 100 years, however, was kindled with a humanitarian outreach of giving-in-kind assistance (AYUDA) to the adopted barangays of Siquijor State College as beneficiaries of its community extension services.
